Rough Night - Tribute To Bella

This was a rough night, I went in expecting to see my regular of 5+ years Bella, after asking a couple of girls about her whereabouts, finally one of her "known" friends came up to me and told me they had some bad news for me, apparently between the end of March, the last time I saw her and the first of June she had committed suicide. It took me a minute or so to process the news and then I asked for more details which I was provided with. Although we only had a "in club" only relationship only we were very close and I was shocked that the circumstances in her life brought her to the point where she felt taking her own life was the only option. I spent the next several hours in the club reminiscing about her with her friends, tears were shed, memories were exchanged and there was even a little bit of laughter about how wonderfully unique Bella was, I found it somewhat therapeutic, but I walked away from the night with a sadness in my heart but also thankful for the time and memories that we created over the past 5 years. Bella was a sweet, unique and special person and will be missed by me and a ton of other people who really cared about her. It brought back to reality that these Dancers are real people. they go through real struggles and difficulties and at the end of the day they deserve love and respect just like the rest of us do.
