Fastest visit ever

After striking out at Cheeks and Wise Guys, I went to Dollie's - the home of the sure thing.

I walked and and paid my $3 cover and chatted with the old door man. He's gotta be 112 years old, but he's a nice guy so I usually chat him up a bit to be friendly. I check out the board and there's about a half dozen names up there - none of which I'm familiar with, so I was looking forward to meeting someone new.

I didn't get 10 feet before a girl calls to me from the pool table. My eyes are still adjusting to the darkness, but she looks good enough and I let her show me to a table. If you've been to Dollies before, you know this drill well. Sit at the table, she works her hands over while making small talk, then the negotiation, then behind the beads you go. Well, this girl does this all in something like 2 minutes flat. Of course, after two frustrating visits at other clubs, I'm a willing participant in the race to the beads.
