I've been to Penthouse a few times in the past, usually at odd times of the week that don't really have a lot of girls working.
Since the club changed to Mile High Men's Club, I've not really seen much of a difference in dancer quality or the bang for your buck. However, when I visited in December 2017, shortly after the change, a lot of the employees were handing out vouchers for free admission sometime in the future. These were wait staff, dancers, the bouncer guys, whoever. So I don't know if they're still doing that now that it's summer, but last fall and winter they were.
There are a couple of very friendly girls here who gave pleasant dances. I generally keep my hands to myself, so your mileage may vary. I definitely got the feeling they were holding back on permissive behavior while they felt out new management. Again, things may be different now.
