Me Loves a Sandwich Cubano

Well, luck be a lady this day. I had to go to Florida to evaluate a project for work, so after making all the necessary reservations with Southwest, Hetrz, and the Hyatt folks, I had to turn to that indispensable guide - TUSCL. Now mine you, I used to spent a whole bunch of time in my youth in the Pompano and Margate areas with my grandparents when I was a wee lad. I always remember going out for the early bird dinners and sitting in the back seat as we drove by those Gentlemen's Clubs, thinking that one day......when I am older, I will get to see what a true gentlemen looks like.

Did my research and settled on DD's, all I can say is thank you for those who have traveled before me. My observations based on many years was that this place had that vibe. Sat at a table near the bar just close enough to see the ladies on the stage and who was sitting at the bar and who was making their way back to the "fun zone". As previously described by those tour guides, a varied ethnicity of dancers, with the majority from the Caribbean. I do have to say I was impressed, settled in with a cerveza ( ok, I know one or two words, and the numbers just to negotiate). A couple of Cuban hotties stopped by and was not feeling the vibe until a lovely lass named Maria ( not sure if it was the first or middle name, since that is a go to for everyone from Latin America), stopped by and sat right next to me and moved in for the kill. Her hygiene was excellent, and she spoke passable English which was a plus for me. She got right to the point, and we made our way to the fun zone. She wasted no time in getting down to business, and knew all the buttons to push, probably was in the back for 5 songs, and she took me to promised land. Got everything back in order and made my way back to my seat. Excellent value as compared to other locations and must be the start of the slow season in FL.

All I can say is that I really did not think this is what this place was like over 38 years ago, I know better and I certainly am a gentlemen ( I always open doors for the ladies).
