Great first time visit

So I finally made the trip tp Tijuana and overall it was a great experience.

I arrive Friday evening and took bus and trolley to the border crossing. It was pretty straight forward as described in the other reviews. From the airport go outside the terminal and take bus 992 and at the final stop, round the corner and take the trolley to San Ysidro; Total cost $5. Once you get to the final trolley stop, 20 mins away, you can change your money for some pesos and make your way into Mexico. One thing I will call out though is that the exchange places will only exchange a maximum of $200. But you can always use different cambios to exchange more than that.

Once I crossed the border, I walked to the taxi stand expecting to grab a taxi but I saw a Hong Kong limo pull up for some others and just asked if he had room for one more and the response was "always." Simple enough. We got dropped off and I tipped him a couple bucks which our chauffeur was appreciative of. I'd be staying 4 nights so I got the VIP card and made my way up to grab my room.

Check-in was pretty simple and I was assigned a room on the 6th floor. I was taken to my room by a hotel staff member but we got off on the 4th and had to walk to more floors to the 6th. At first I didn't think much of it but it became a chore to climb the two extra floors every time especially with a chica. Nevertheless, I did appreciate the quietness of the top floor and the room was as expected, a studio room with an open shower. Never during my stay did housekeeping come by but what was annoying was that the tv would not power off unless I tried at least 50 times on the remote.
