I visited the Million Dollar between 9 and 10 on a Monday evening. The facilities have developed a certain sleazy, run-down feel, which I guess can be a positive or a negative depending on the atmosphere you're looking for. There is one stage, with continuous, completely nude dancing. However, the stage at the Million Dollar really seems to be a 'necessary sideline' rather than the focus, as both the clientele and the dancers are definitely focused on the lap dance thing. Attention was prompt, persistent but friendly; I was first approached on my way in from the front door directly to the men's room (which was functional but could have used a, ahem, tidying up.)
There were a lot of dancers, I hesitate to toss a number out, but I'd say 20-30 were evident to me. I headed upstairs with one; the dances are close, very close, no doubt mileage varies with each individual. The lap dance area that she brought me to was very dim, which I guess is a good thing, because it is also fairly open to other lap dance situations. Open enough to be a good thing if you're a tad a voyeuristic (hey, you're in a strip club, aren't you?), or a bad thing, if you prefer to avoid the voyeuristic tendencies of others.
The women in the club ranged from 4-6, in my opinion; nothing exceptional in either direction, but, in each case, not hard to tell why each wasn't working in an upscale club.
