Short review for a short stay
This is a review for a first-time and only visit about a month ago. Earlier in the afternoon I had spent some time at Déjà vu Lansing (see earlier review). DVL was a bust so I decided to head to Jackson to look for an old favorite. I had seen some recent favorable reviews for Centerfolds so I mapped it on my phone and quickly realized that it was not far and on my way out of Lansing. There were a half dozen or so cars in the free parking lot so I went on in to check it out. No one at the door to collect a cover despite signs to the contrary so I headed on in and took a seat at a table. A waitress was on me lickity split to take my order for a domestic beer which cost me $5 with tip. There were no dances on the stage although 2-3 were seated at the bar with what appeared to be regular customers.
One very overweight, unattractive AA dancer came and sat with me for a minute. She soon asked if I was interested in a dance. I noticed a row of chairs separated by partitions but not very private along one wall. I told her I wanted to see what else was available so, to my relief, she left.
Less than a minute later another very overweight, unattractive AA dancer joined me. She gave me the rundown on the club. There is no stage show during the day which is why there is no cover. She also told me dances where $25/song. Neither dancer gave any indication that extras were available. When I told dancer #2 I wanted to see what else might be available she told me she was, “a yes or no girl”. I told her, “no”. She got up and left. I made a quick pit stop in the bathroom and hightailed it outta there. Total time there: about 15 minutes. Total spent: $5. I won’t be back.
