The Gold Club has always been a premier strip club in San Francisco. The ladies are in the 6-10 range (on a 10 pt scale). They have a day shift and a night shift, with the night shift having the prettier woman normally.

It is mostly a bikini bar, which means it can serve alcohol but the girls are not going to get topless or nude. There is one exception -- on the main stage the girl can go topless as long as she is 6 feet away from customers. Girls go for 2 dance sets, ending up topless on the 2nd dance. On busier nights, they open up a few satellite stages and dancers in bikinis will entertain you there.

Deja Vu has just recently bought the Gold Club (~ Jan 2004) and it slowly adding their rules to it. Dances used to be $20 downstairs and upstairs -- now they are 2 for $60. The upstairs VIP room (red room) used to be 3 for $100 -- I am not sure if they changed that rate. It costs $20 to enter the club after 7 pm, and $10 extra to go upstairs. They used to have discount tickets on their web site http://www.goldclubsf.com but Deja Vu is changing the web site and I think you have to register to get monthly emails with discout tickets.
