Comfortable club, not many dancers

Friend and I had not been since the club reopened as Fox Club. Met the owner when we walked in about 10pm on Wednesday. Nice enough guy, put us at a table between the bar & the stage. While the layout of the club hasnt changed any, he has certainly put significant money into upgrading the inside - new carpet, tables chairs, lighting, couches - even the restrooms. Everything looked like a nice strip club except for the number of dancers. Our waitress was very friendly and bartender took good care of us on the drinks. Had one cute AA dancer sit with us after 15-20 minutes and we saw maybe two others. Couch dances were 2 for 40 in a fairly well lit room to the right of the main entrance they were topless with good contact. Probably stayed an hour+ and spent $80 total. We enjoyed the club but obviously would have preferred to have more dancer options. No dancers on stage during our visit so I cant comment on the show. Lexington clubs are having a hard time getting & keeping dancers because the guys arent showing up and spending money like they used to. Other cities are having the same issue - love the Lex clubs, just have to adjust expectations.

Would try again to see if we hit a bad night. Good luck.......
