Not a Bad Place but Nothing Like it Used to Be

This club has nice parking, well lit and the facilities inside are nice, always has been since I first went here many years ago.

The cost to get in is a little strange you get entry plus two drinks, think it was $16 total, you get one drink immediately and the other via a ticket that you get. Once you finish up, beer is about $5.

I always liked the stage at the Pony, probably the best in Memphis. The dances on the stage are good and fun to watch as you determine which dancer to pick. Private dances are sort of private but not totally. Dancers do negotiate with you for quantity and quality of the dance, you can get 3 for $50 if you work it and some extras are available but as I said it isn't that private.

Dancers are a very mixed group so pretty much anything that you want is available here. The main negative as others have mentioned is the DJ, he can't keep quiet has to be the star of the show all the time. He needs to play sounds and announce the dancer and specials and keep his mouth shut, he is enough to make you leave.

All in all not a bad club, nothing like the old days but for Memphis this is one of the better.
