Decent talent but overpriced

I stopped by the Landing Strip on a blustery afternoon. Valet parking is required, even though there is ample street parking around the club. Up a short flight of stairs to the main venue that features a U shaped bar, a raised stage with several poles and ample booth and table seating.

The talent was pretty decent, with a range of ethnicities and skin color shades. Most of the dancers were in good shape and attractive. Three of the dancers stopped by my booth to say hello. Two of the dancers had a pretty good "sales" technique that featured some over the pants stick shifting while sitting at the booth. I invited each of the more persuasive, handsy dancers for a private dance. The private dance facilities are downstairs from the bar and reasonable roomy and comfortable. Each of the two dancers provided a good warm up dance but had unrealistic expectations of pricing for more fun.

Interestingly the club was pretty empty of customers and some of the dancers were complaining about business being slow and not making any money. I wonder if there could be a connection between unrealistic pricing and an empty club (this is a rhetorical question-- we all know the answer)?
