Strike Out Number Three for the Day

I decided to make a trip to a few of the central/western clubs in Connecticut as it had been awhile since I had visited any of these clubs. My third and final club is Rockstar in Wolcott. I pulled into the parking lot at about 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I believe they open at 1:00 but I am not sure as the hours were not posted. There was plenty of parking. I counted a grand total of 2 cars in the parking lot, which was really not a good sign. There was no cover on entry. You enter on the side of the building. The microscopic stage is right in front of you. The bar is to the far left and the private dance area is to the right of the entrance, behind the DJ. The privacy in the dance area is limited as it is only separated from the main room by beaded curtains.

There were three people in the whole building. Me, the bartender and the DJ who was napping on a couch. I went to the bar and ordered a beer. The bartender was friendly and talkative. We chatted for about 10 minutes. I asked when the girls were going to get here and she said that they already should be some here.

I can’t provide any details about the dancers as there are none. I can’t provide any details on the different types on dance available and the costs associated because again there are no dancers to ask. So here we are after 4:30 and no dancers. I decided to call this day a complete failure and head home.
