The Dancer Quality Was Disappointing

I decided to pay a visit last Friday night after over a year ago, the last time I visited. I was disappointed at the quality of dancers because most of them seem immature and boring. Most of them were standing against the wall, not wanting to go any customer, unless he was a white or Indian regular. One or two veteran dancers looked like they had no business being there anymore because it seemed the strip club lifestyle took a toll on their looks. (Example: Monica, who's close to her 40's, but looks like she's 47)

I found out from one of the dancers that the newbie dancers who are under 21, were being brainwashed by the owner to rush customers into getting dances. My way, I have to get to know her well before I get any dances because she might be some rip-off artist. In other words, if she comes up to me, asking me if I want a lap dance without introducing herself, I'd say no and the reason why not. She instantly changes a smile into a frown a walks away like she wouldn't accept constructive criticism. If she doesn't have the personality I'm looking for, there's nothing to could about it because looks are only skin deep.

Anyway, the quality has changed in the past 5 years for the worst. A lot of ex-dancers I know, said they left IS because they was no money made there anymore and it was mostly club mismanagement . On top of that, they don't offer free shuttle van between the club and the casinos anymore because they claimed that the van broke. They should change the IS website about that because it's now false advertising. Not saying IS a dump, but the owner needs to raise his game again or close his club for good.
