I'm Not A Fan Of Golf Season.
I was in town on business for a couple days so I decided to drop in to my favorite MB club. I knew it was golf season so I got there early around 6. They have happy hour from 4-8 which is half price drinks and free wings. By the way the food I'd pretty good and if your there after midnight I hear the steak and eggs for $5 is pretty good. Wh en I arrived there was about 10 customers and about as many dancers on the floor with a steady stream of new arrivals coming in. Ordered a drink and wings and basically hung out for a bit before being approached.
By 7:30 there were around 25 dancers on the floor. As always the dancers are pretty much 7-8 with a couple 9's and a couple 6's. After eating my wings and a few drinks I was approached by a very nice looking asian lady. She wasn't the best conversationalist but decided to overlook that. She asked if I wanted a table dance which is a $20 air dance so I said we could do a couch dance. Usually 90%+ there is good grind and two way contact. Unfortunately I found one of the dancers that only allows one way limited contact. If I attempted to touch she would direct my hands to her legs or hips. After the first dance she wanted me to do another dance even after I said I wasn't interested. To the point I had to lift her off of me so I could stand up. Went back to the bar and she came back and sat down. She asked if she could get a mini champagne bottle for $30 which I had to laugh. I figured I had already bought her a drink aND a dance so I was in for far more than I should be for her. I told her I was going to just hang out and watch some hockey. She says well I need to give her a tip before she goes and again I laughed and said she needed to get out of my pocket. Not the way I wanted to start the night.
As the night progressed I don't know how many dancers were there maybe 40 or so and it didn't get as busy as the usual MB golf season night which is usually standing room only by 10 but there was a decent crowd. I was approached by a number of dancer who got to the business of dances faster than usual and most often went straight to vip. The advertised prices are 30/dance, 150/15 min+25 house fee, 300/hh +50 house fee and 600/hour +100 house fee. Tonight most of them quoted me almost double that price and if you attempted to negotiate they would move on. I guess golfers bring fat wallets. Plus the body language wasn't very enticing and I doubt there would have been extras offered. So I ended up just tipping on stage having drink and left with most of my money.
