I can honestly say this is the first time I see what some of you are talking about. As a dude that mostly frequents clubs in Las Vegas, you have to work for it, but OTC is possible, but expensive. ITC even more rare.

That was NOT the case this night in Tropical Lei. I entered, and had hardly sat down before I was approached by a pretty attractive looking girl. I'm going to reserve names, sorry, it's my nature, but it was one I recognized from my reconnaissance of this club ahead of time. She worked FAST.
