Sinclair's Review
Pharaoh’s Gentlemen’s Club is located east of the Buffalo Niagara Airport in a business park. There is a huge main stage in the middle of the club coming off of the back wall. There are two pole positions and dancers would do stage sets in pairs. There were booths for high rollers to the left and the right of the main stage. Each of these booths also had a small stage and pole. A small satellite stage with a two-foot border wall was near the bar.
The bar is straight ahead on your right as you enter. The club has a slight Egyptian theme, but overall the sports bar aspects drown it out. There are signed sports jerseys displayed on the walls and a glass case of sports and music memorabilia on the far left wall. If you hook around all the way to the left corner, there is a game room with a pool table and hockey dome table. A pint of draft beer was $4. A Coke was $4. Music at Pharaoh’s is one hundred percent hip hop, and there is high degree of thug factor, at least late on Friday and Saturday nights.
The dancers were an even mix of black and white with maybe one Latina in the mix. There seemed to be quality control in who was allowed to work as no dancers were below a 5. Most dancers were slim, athletic, or at the worst had an average body type. Even the black dancers were not your typical overweight African-American female. I saw two blonde strippers that were solid 9’s. Dancers take their tops off, but still have to wear pasties by law. Dancers seemed to make $100 to $400 in singles every time they got up on stage as certain guys made a big production out of making it rain and drizzle on the dancers. If you wanted to put $3 or $4 in a dancer's thong, you would've looked cheap. There was too much twerking and ass shaking going on during the stage shows, even from the white dancers. I guess they were playing to the after midnight crowd or going along with the pure hip hop playlist.
