Low Rent Club

OK, so I don't want to be mean, but I've been to Crystal City Restaurant at least a dozen times (mainly because I used to live literally one block away from it), and it's just not very good at all. If I lived more than 15 minutes away, I'd never have gone back. The dancers are a bit haggard, except for a few that are at least decent looking. Their skin is aged, most have tattoos, and they seem to derive zero pleasure from the dance (not that I really expect them to, but I do expect them to pretend---they are performers after all).

Each time I'd go, the clientele is overwhelmingly trashy old dudes, some of whom are clearly regulars. The drinks aren't super expensive, given the average prices of drinks in DC 9 (~$7-9 for a beer), and the selection is decent, with several local craft brews (e.g., Raging Bitch). I've never had the food, and honestly I don't think I want to try it by the looks of it.

I'd also like to warn visitors that I did once have my credit card information stolen (fairly certain it was by this establishment, since the charges at Neiman Marcus showed up the next morning and I hadn't gone anywhere since that previous night).
