Hit Or Miss On The Block

I've made a couple or three visits to the Block in Baltimore, and I'm getting the idea that this club is pretty typical of the non-name brand places (looking at you, Hustler).

Physically, it's very similar to the Red Room, which shares the same address as and is directly below Club Pussycat. The room is long and narrow, with a bar along one of the long sides, with a narrow stage behind the bar. Dancers generally are, or end up, fully nude. There is a menu for buying drinks for the girls, generally in the range of $20 for a cocktail, which places said girl next to you for the duration of the drink.

On one occasion that I visited this bar, there were about three girls there, none of which were my "type"--heavier, or strung out looking, mostly. On the particular Sunday I'm reviewing here, though, there was a really good looking blonde dancing nude on stage. After I fended off a couple of other dancers in the "not my type" category, she finished her set and came to sit with me. She was extremely friendly barside, giving me some extremely friendly open-mouth kisses and challenging me to guess whether her very impressive (but not oversized) breasts--were real or fake, and then inviting me to give them a feel to confirm that they were, in fact, real. After not too long, we negotiated a trip to the private room. She was very forthcoming about the menu of activities available and the cost. We were escorted upstairs to the private room, which is nicely equipped for such an occasion: it has its own pole and juke box, as well as a sofa.
