I have read lots of reviews of Colorado strip clubs on other web sites, and many end up whinging about the lack of contact, and "air dances". I found just the oppposite at Shotgun's, a topless club with a really fun atmosphere. I went there alone on two afternoons last fall, and had lunch there. Their atmosphere made me comfortable and not feeling like a dirty old man hanging out by myself. There were mostly men there, but a few couples; some of the men were coming in alone and others with a buddy or two.

I enjoyed watching the dancers on the many poles that are spread out around the club. Most dancers were really hot (7-9), and a few were very athletic in their dances. They all give you a special little nuzzling on the top of your head with their breasts or a kiss on the cheek and a sultry "thank you" when taking your dollars at the stage. Nice touch. After scoping the dancers for a while, I enquired one about a lapdance.

The lapdances were good. Not quite Vegas good, but still really good. I liked visiting in the afternoon because it wasn't very busy, and there was a maximum of 1 other guy in the lapdance area at any given time. This meant lots of privacy. The lapdances were of high quality, with lots of grinding and, depending on the dancer, lots of contact. I just made it a point to ask the dancer "is it OK if I touch you here?". Most let me know what the limits were and thanked me for asking first. In the case of one of the girls I chose, when she was on stage and taking my dollars from me, she asked if I would be interested in a lapdance. I told her yes, but I really like high contact dances. She asked where I liked to touch. I told her, and she said, "Oh, is that all? No problem!". She took me back to the smallest lap dance area, which is behind some plants. She set me up there and we had a great time together.
