Reviewer Newmark is an out-of-stater who admits he has only been to a few strip clubs in New York City, but has adorned Flash Dancers as the best. I worked as a dancer at Flash Dancers and there is nothing special about the place. The Club is very crowded and gets rowdy on the weekends with bachelor parties. Most of the dancers are Eastern European immigrants who can barely speak English. The place is located in a basement at Broadway in the low West 50's near the Theatre District. They don't even have an elevator - you have to walk up and down the steps. There is no restaurant.
