At least you can bring your own beer.
A little early, so it was quiet, but I knew enough from 20 minutes at the bar and one dance that it wasn't the place for me.
Cajun Club seems to have given up on its effort to get their liquor license back. They have such a variety of THC products that they seem happy to just sell them - plus the (I think mandatory) $10 unlimited soda. When I arrived at 8:00 p.m. on a Thursday the cover was $10, so I got no change from my $20. I sat at the bar, but on my last visit, nearly a year ago, the monger next to me had a beer he brought in from his car, so I asked the bartender if I could, and she agreed. That was nice.
There were five mongers and four dancers - three of whom were heavier than I like. The slimmest one - Isabella, was lovely. Quite made up, and deaf and mute. She carried a pad and pen and was a perfectly good conversationalist. We flirted for a few minutes before she pulled our her handwritten price list. They offer bed dances and couch dances. I was able to remember the bed prices:
1 song:$40,
15 minutes: $150,
30 minutes: $270,
Hour: $450.
I remember that couch dances were $30 per song, but no other prices.
I probably should have saved my $40, since I wasn't going to spend the $150 that she was seriously pressuring me to spend without a trial run, I kind of knew going back that it was going to be uninspired. She was disappointed that I chose $40 and the bouncer was right there on top of us by the "no touching" sign. There was a little bit of grind, but not much, and my hands were pinned to the bed.
I don't know, but I'm not thinking the longer dances would be much better.
Maybe later, or on a weekend, it might have more of a party atmosphere, but since I don't do THC drinks, and it was dead, I didn't enjoy my visit.
