Outdated Business Model. Seen Better Days.
Old format Baltimore club where the stage is 10 feet away behind the bar. Newer clubs (Scores, Hustler, Gold Club, Wagon Wheel) have stage side seating. Not much stage tipping. Customers hand over a buck or two after the dancer leaves the stage and makes rounds. Cover is basically an $8 beer.
Antiquated Baltimore business format - can’t talk to dancers unless you buy them a $25 drink. They will slurp down drink in less than 10 minutes and you have to buy another to continue talking. After a couple drinks they will probably offer you a dance, but the $25 drinks scare off many customers before they even get that far.
If you want a dance you have to commit to an $80 or $100 large drink plus a $50 or more dancer tip. No cheaper single or double song options. No try before you buy.
