Posh Club; Okay Dances

I found this club superior to Flashdancers which seems to get somewhat better ratings. Whereas I thought the lapdances at Flash were not that great, I was pleasantly surprised (perhaps b/c I had such tempered expectations) with my experience here.

The music in this club is good. It's at the right (read: party-level) volume and they play the kind of stuff they should play in a strip club (read: urban, modern, top 40). While I'm fine with AC/DC and Van Halen, those songs don't work for me at strip clubs. Nevertheless, I found the club to have a nice, posh interior. Beers were $11 if I recall which is about par for NYC. I always pre-drink before going to clubs like this, knowing I will only need 1 or 2 drinks while in the club, so I minimize the impact these prices have on my experience.

The girls here quite pretty, many in the 7.5 to 8 range, predominantly Eastern European/Russian though (I met maybe two white girls and a few AA girls). The LDs from a couple were quite good at $20 each.
