Afternoon With A Local Legend

Stopped by about a half-hour after they opened on Saturday. Valet was already setup ($10) and had asked if I wanted to keep my keys. Interesting, I thought, but since I had a rental, didn't want to have 2 key fobs in my pocket.

Walked in and the door lady says admission is $5. Get the pat down and walk through the metal detector. Once I entered the club, was worried that it was gonna take a while for the dancers to show since practically nobody was there. Went straight to the bar for my usual Jack and Coke ($8.75) and found my way back towards the far corner of the club to meet up with a local legend. His shirt read, "happiness is a bitch with a cock in her mouth."

Shadowcat was quick to say hi and very friendly. Got to talking about his new ride and about the increase in "wanna dance?" girls. He always had the attention of the prettiest girls, and each time would introduce me to them as his friend. A solid compliment, I would say.
