A Little Pricey But Not Bad.
I was in Seattle for a little bit today with some time to kill. I heard Kittens was the best place around where I was staying so I stopped in to see what people were talking about.
Outside and area - Its not in a nice part of town, but I never felt like I would be jumped or anything walking to my car. The parking sucks, I was there a little before 5pm and there were only about 3 spots left in the big parking lot. Maybe people were in the bar next door? The building is big and somewhat private with the entrance in the back instead of off the main road.
Inside - People have mentioned how dark it is, and I have to agree. I mean every club I've been to was dark, but there was something about this place. The only real lights were on the 2 stages. The stage layout is a little weird with a main stage up front and a large 2nd stage off to the side. It works fine, but its hard to find a seat that can see both stages. There is a good mix of standard tables/chairs and some softer booth seating around the walls. There is an off set area that has some dance booths and a hall way with the VIP area off that. The "cheap" booths are still more private than a lot of places and I never saw anyone check on me when I was getting a dance. The seat backs are high enough to be private and if you go to the back its really not bad at all.
