Erin Saves The Day

I checked out Lust again after taking care of some business across the border in Hagerstown. Didn't see any of the previous entertainers I would normally see on a Thursday and this batch seemed to have developed their Thursday regulars, oh well. Fortunately Erin the bartender saved the day. There have been a few bar improvements that really bring Lust into the upper echelons of bar-couture.

The new things with the bar that I enjoyed: 1) they've set up a shelf and a grow lamp so that Erin can grow mint and other herbs for mojitos, smashes, and other drinks, 2) The bloody mary's have extra garnish and came with a delicious piece of deep-fried bacon, 3) Erin brought in her own coffee maker (keurig) so that at the end of the visit you can have some 'alert juice' if you've had too many bloody mary's and mojitos.

Other than that the cook did a great job as usual (although not all items on the menu were available - running short on gator bites again). For some reason entertainment was also moved to the secondary stage (the one off to the side of the bar instead of directly across from it). In a strange twist I find the allure of this club is the bar/food side of the business much more than the entertainment side; I'll make the trip out for a steak and good drinks, but since entertainment seems to have a high-turnover I won't be making the trip out to see anyone in particular.
