Thursday Evening

I visited Mons Venus on Thursday evening February 15 between about 9:30 to 11;30. As is obvious just from the outside the building is not very big and doesn't seem to have a lot of parking. No matter for me as I was staying in the hotel across the street and walked over. Cover was $20 and they did a hand stamp for reentry. The hand stamp was some ink that glowed under UV light in the club but under ordinary light. The building is basically a square in shape.

To the right of the entrance is the restrooms, they do have a troll. There is no bar as such, waitresses serve non-alcoholic drinks from a fridge, I had bottled water for $3. I noticed a bit later they were selling Styrofoam cups for $3 which I think people were allowed to fill outside and bring in. There are not any TV's, this place is being just a strip club not some sports bar too.

The octangonal shaped stage was in the center of the room with about 20 chairs at the rail around it. The stage seemed somewhat higher off the ground than usual. The ceilings were low except they were cut out over the stage allowing the one pole to extend higher.
