Exceeded Expectations

I like to plan my visits to clubs around when I'm going to be in an area with a good spot to go with time to spare. On this occasion, I probably spent more time planning the visit than ever before. Usually it's a quick trawl through TUSCL to see what's recommended, but I realized on this occasion that LA clubs have an admirable practice of posting pictures of their strippers online (instagram, facebook, twitter) almost on a daily basis. They also are pretty good about posting a roll call of the strippers on show each day,

I'd narrowed my search down to this place and a couple of Spearmint Rhino joints (COI and Rialto). I was on the road inland from LA, so had plenty of places to choose from. To be honest, I had figured that Synn might be a little downmarket for my taste, but I chose it in the end because they had a couple of girls on the list that I liked from the photos and because they seemed to be offering a bigger selection on a Monday night than the other places. I expected I would be checking it out and then moving on elsewhere, but I ended up spending about 3 hours here and leaving about half past midnight.

My first impression of the club was that it looked a lot better on the outside than I'd anticipated. Lot was pretty full even on a Monday, but it seemed perfectly safe to park a car and walk over. On walking inside ($20 cover), I was drawn to the stage as I sat down in a seat near nut not right by the stage. I was disappointed that the girl was a little overweight and figured this might be the shape of things to come. To be honest though, this was the worst I saw all night and most girls were significantly better. They had a lot of girls for a Monday night as well. Not sure if it was over 25, but it was certainly in that range. Maybe even 35.
