Slow, But Not Bad Except For The Chimney
This was the first time I had visited Scores. It was later in the afternoon on a Thursday and the place was pretty empty when I walked in, maybe 3 or 4 customers spread across the 20 or so tables in the club. It's not a very big club, but there is an upstairs I think as I saw a couple customers go up, but I never did so can't comment about the upstairs. But downstairs there is a main stage and then a very small private area with curtains just to the side of the stage.
I only saw one customer utilize the curtained area while I was there - I'm assuming it's their VIP area. The bartender was also acting as the waitress in the club and was very friendly and seemed to be handling the entire place - both the bar and floor - by herself. There was no cover charge in the afternoon, but no real drink specials which would have made the club that much better. Suggestion: do what other big clubs in the area do and run 2 for 1 drink specials.
But on to the dancers. I only saw about 4 dancers rotating through while I was there, all between 6-8. There was a tall dancer who I would have immediately had dances from, but she was busy with another customer. I did tip her on stage (can't remember her name) and she said she'd stop by when she was finished with her current customer. Its possible there were more than the 4 or 5 dancers, but they didn't dance or come out to the floor area while I was there.
