Must Be A Very Niche Audience

Passed by this place in an Uber and I recognized the logo from TUSCL. I mentioned that I had never been there and the lady I was with said we should check it out.

This is more of a massage place, by that I mean you get a lineup, pick a girl, and go to a room. This is not a puta/ficha bar with a connected hotel. The prices have been mentioned in previous reviews, and yes, it's high considering what you can get in Zona Norte.

After getting a lay of the land, we moved on. I can only see a very narrow segment of the population that might be interested in places like this. If you can't be seen in Zona Norte (some people with government, military, or professional restrictions), don't want to spend the night (no hotel for agency girls), and dislike music (ruling out Deja Vu which resides much closer to the border), then perhaps this is the club for you. You could probably taxi here from the border, grab a girl and a relatively clean room, pop, then head back. Otherwise, I see no purpose for a place like this. Maybe as a money laundering front.
