After The Wing Bowl
I arrived at DayDreams about 9;15 on the Friday morning after the Wing Bowl. Admission was $25 but if you had a discount card or you smiled at the woman behind the counter it was easy to get a $5 discount. I walked in and started looking around because this was my first visit in years. The layout is not quite what you expect from the photos available on line. to your left as you walk in there is a short runway stage with a single pole. You can approach the edge of this stage to give a tip, but there is always a security guard on hand to watch where and how you place it.
Most of the time there were two dancers on this stage and sometimes they played with each other. In the center of the room there is a long runway stage with three poles. Most of the time there were three dancers on this stage with two more going around the edge collecting tips. You have to sit at a counter around this stage, but the view is still good, and occasionally the dancers collecting tips bend over and show some ass before you contribute you tip. the third stage is an elevated "bandbox" to which the single dancers need to climb a ladder to ascend.
Then the security guard helps lift them down. Again you can approach the edge of this stage to place a tip in discrete but polite places. By 11:30 girls were starting to lead customers to private rooms for private dancers. The posted fee way $40 for one girl and $70 for two. A sign on the wall advertized that there were 69 girls in the room. I doubt that, but there were probably 40 milling around. Maybe a relief crew came in later in the day. free pizza and soft pretzels were available to go along with whatever beverage you brought in -- and some guys were dragging large coolers around all day.
