I have been back for lunch....
I have been back for lunch. They offer a steak and baked potato for around $5.00- I wish I had eaten before I arrived, as the steak was thin, tough and full of fat, and the baked potato was so cold it would not melt the toppings. Maybe the hamburger would have been a better selection, but I really don't like french fries, so I always avoid it.
What's this got to do with strippers you ask? Well, I enjoy the concept of having a meal while watching dancers strip, and afterward possibly meeting some of the more enticing creatures. So today, one of the regulars who knows me spots me right away from her stage, and joins me during lunch. I don't mind the company- I prefer it. Afterward, we retreated to VIP, but It just wasn't happening for me, so I ended it early. Looking back, I think I felt rushed during lunch to get her to VIP, and maybe that was the turnoff. That and the lunch was pretty bad. I know they can do better, as I have had better there.
I hung around watching many other dancers ply their trade, but they seemed to prefer to end up at the same tables, sitting and talking, instead of working the room, so no more dances for me. Some of these girls are very attractive, and great dancers, some are just average. Overall, they had more dancers than I expected for lunchtime. Would have been nice if they were more friendly to the paying customers than sitting on their backsides smoking and drinking. Who knows, maybe they needed more social lubrication to be able to do their thing?
