Visit to Beamers

I have been going to Beamers off and on for about 15 years. There is no question that the quality of the club has gone down over the years, but a good time can still be had.

First, let me describe the layout of the club. When you come in, you are greeted by one of the bouncers who will collect the cover charge of $10. This allows you access to the main room, which has a bar, a stage with chairs and small tables around both sides, and a couple of pool tables. There is also a small lap dance area in a small room across from the stage. There is also a back room which costs an additional $30 to enter. In the back room there is a bar and two lap dance areas that are minimally enclosed. The major difference between the front and the back is the amount of contact during the dances. The front area only allows very minimal contact by the patron, while the in the back room the contact is better.

This visit was on a Tuesday night. I arrived at the club at around 9:30 and paid my $40. There were about 5 girls there, an Asian, a Latina, and some Eastern Europeans. There was only a handful of customers (less than 10).
