This is a good place to go to have a few beers and enjoy a couple lapdances while waiting for something else to do in the city. I wouldn't make an entire night out of this place. On my most recent visit (Friday afternoon), girls ranged from 5-8. They aren't too pushy for lapdances so you can take your time to pick the right girl. Don't expect too much from lapdances here as milage can vary but typically on the lower end of the spectrum.
