On life support

This review covers two visits on recent Fridays....one at night and one during dayshift. Both were mixed bags.

On the night visit, I arrived at 12:30-1a.m. and was one of only 3 customers for much of that time. The vibe was completely dead, although there was a constant stream of dancers on stage for a change. But honestly, I think I watched for an hour and didn't see one girl who I would consider giving a dollar or two. Finally, a few familiar faces took the stage but my edge had dulled. I was just about to leave when a great blast from the past, Gracie/Felicia, arrived about an hour from closing. She had been a past favorite so I stuck around when I saw her emerge from the dressing room in a stage outfit. Suddenly I was happy the place was not packed. I shared her with just one other guy during her stage set and I quickly made arrangements with her to meet for time on the couches. She's MILFy, but in a great way. For not having danced in 3-4 years, she hadn't missed a beat, despite admitting she was kind of nervous starting out. She's one of the most sensuous dancers I've ever had in my lap. She said she'll likely be working Saturday nights. Gracie saved the night from being a complete washout and it was great to reconnect.

Came back the following Friday afternoon for time with my CF. She was in VIP when I arrived. While I waited at about 5 p.m., 2-3 girls checked out to leave early. The other 3-4 (outside of CF) were nothing special. There was no stage action. One girl came around and offered me some free cover cards and quite openly admitted that the cards were printed to drive more attendance. If more guys don't show up, she said, and particularly get VIP dances, the place will likely shutdown. As things currently stand, that wouldn't be a big loss, but some 20 years ago when Choice opened, it was the overlooked independent operation in a city full of chain-owned clubs. Some bad management in recent years and a drop off in talent coupled with that just might have this place in a tailspin it can't pull out of. All that said, had another awesome time with CF when she became available. You might want to pay your last respects to this club in the next month or two if you feel any nostalgia for the place.
