Gave it a try

With recent improved reviews of the Landing Strip, I thought I would check it out. Haven't been here in a long time but things do change so off I went.

After mandatory valet and 10 admission, sat at a table and very cute waitress quickly took my order. Said her name is Ariel. She said that's her real name but no one believes her. Pretty funny.

While a bit smoky, the major negative was the loud volume. The giant speakers seemed to be set to 11 (Spinal Tap movie anyone?) making it hard to hear Ariel.
