Fantastic time - Here's some tips

This was my second time to HK and now I know the ropes it was amazing.

First of all, call ahead and see when Oscar, Mesero #48 is working. I have had him two times and he has worked there for 3 years. When you get him, tip him $10 right away in top of your drink and tell him you want to be his friend. He will take absolute care of you.
