A Pleasant Surprise

While 1PM on a Wednesday isn't exactly prime time for most strip clubs, since I was down this way from Philly for an early professional meeting, with some spare time, and having passed nearby Hak's on 95 way too many times without a visit, and feeling it to be my civic duty as a supporter of the arts - I finally decided to check it out.

My impression when I entered was that this place was designed to party. Big stage with a surrounding bar, a large elevated area with tables overlooking the action, cozy nooks to the side and a broad hallway leading to who-knows-what. This place has certainly rocked at some point and maybe does still, but this was early Wednesday afternoon after all, so the crowd was sparse. The pleasant surprise was the talent. Every man has is own acceptance criteria of course. I like friendly, fit girls who are not shy about expressing their personal style and sexuality, and that's exactly what I found here. Thanks girls - barmaids included. I'll be back.
