Free is the right price!

Happened to be in the area after a long period of absence, so I stopped in. First thing that struck me was that even though it's been a couple years, not a thing has changed in the club. I was delighted to learn they were offering one free drink on the Monday after an Eagles win. Couldn't believe the bartender agreed to making me a free Tito's martini. Sure enough, she did. That was on top of the no cover charge policy and free lunch buffet!

I was not overwhelmed by the quality of the dancers, however. Then again, I didn't expect their A Team to be playing on a Monday at lunch time. Out of about six dancers, one was incessant in trying to get me to do dances. She was just too pushy and wore far too much perfume. Others were ok, but none were seductive or tempting while dancing. They went through the motions, but not much else. I also recognized that many of them hung out with regulars for extended periods of time. Rarely, did this result in dances.

One sort of redhead engaged with me at the bar after I replaced my first drink. She spent maybe 10 minutes talking about nothing with me. When I turned the conversation to the subject of dances, she assured me that I'd be happy with her performance. OK, what the heck, I gave her a whirl. She chose the most secluded booth and got down to business. I was quite pleased with her friendliness and outgoing nature. I definitely could have spent much more enjoyable time with her, and definitely will, next time I'm able to swing by Bristol. Kudos to the pretty blonde bar maid who made me feel welcome and made me a delicious drink. It's almost worth driving there just for the free drink.
