Friday Night At McDoogals

Stopped in at the World Famous McDoogals around 11 pm on a Friday night.

I have been here a few times over the years, but this was my first visit in over a year. Overall it was pretty disappointing experience. My first clue that this would not be a great night should have been the fact that the back parking lot was essentially empty at 11 pm on a Friday night. I can remember visiting a few times about 10 years ago when that back parking lot was close to full.

When I actually entered the building, I could see why business was declining. Although the bar itself was never much to speak of, I have been on Friday or Saturday nights in the past (distant past - probably around 10 years ago) when they would probably have 15 girls dancing - including several who were very attractive. However, on this night, after paying a cover (I think it $15 or $16), I was a disappointed to see there were only 8 girls dancing, none of whom I found especially attractive.
