Decent place

I haven’t checked out any other places in NYC but this place isn’t bad. Went with a buddy who lives in the areas. Gallaghers is an interesting spot, unlike the locations I visit in Providence.

I actually liked the space and set up. There were side stages where you could get a lot of attention from the dancers, even on a busy night. And it was busy - hard to even find seats and lots of guys just standing around not really contributing, nursing a beer. My friend and I grabbed two seats st the bar, great service and great view. The bar is rectangular and enclosed. In the center is the stage with three girls out at any one time. As someone who appreciates the stage dances, I liked this because it multiplied your chances of finding something to look at. But the women do come around after heir dances and you should tip all of them.

Because of the set up, girls will come after you for dances even when you sit at the stage/bar. I was pulled away successfully once but a very handset dancer and had an entertaining $20 dance with plenty of two-way contact.
