The Hiliter is ranked in TUSCL as one of the best clubs in the country. I think it is a very good club, but a little tame compared to the best clubs in Florida, Michigan, and California. Hiliter has been around a long time. It is medium sized, and just a bit upsacale. The club does a lot of businessman trade during the day. The audience turns into the usual younger crowd at night. I've been there a dozen times, usually to visit a friend, and enjoy the scenery. The girls range in quality. The majority are wholesome, there are a few fatties, and there are a few stunners. Girls dance on stage for one dance. Topless lap dances are $10 each right at your seat. There is a small VIP area. Figure $100 minimum to get in there and get a few dances. Dance quality is Phoenix standard. The city passed a new law almost 2 years ago, and since then, the dances have become more predictable. Contact is light to moderate, and your hands can't go roaming too much. This place has a lot of regulars, so it must be doing something right. The sister clubs in Phoenix, run by the same outfit, are Pantera and Bandaids. These places are less upscale, but worth checking out too.
