I've been to this club a few times in the past 3 months, most recently on a Saturday night. The club is located right off I-17 in an industrial/warehouse area. This is a big place, plenty of parking. Inside is one big area, with stage center, and VIP area to the right. The VIP is behind smoked glass. I have not been in there. The big room also has a couple of small stages, which are used when the place gets busy. The cover and dances are priced at $10, kind of typical for a topless club in Phoenix. The quality of the girls is good, but there are few knockouts. Girls dance for 2 songs on the big stage. One nice feature is a tall, rotating pole, so you will see more pole tricks, spins and other moves. The dances are Phoenix standard. In other words, the local laws are observed most of the time, but not always. That means, limited to moderate contact and guys hands off. Your mileage will improve if you are patient, generous, and well groomed. Overall, Penthouse is not the best club in Phoenix, but it is a good club worth trying.
