Hit or miss
There's no doubt Scarlet Lounge is a dive bar. You can tell from the outside of the building, from the neighborhood, and from the potholes in the parking lot what you're getting into. Inside it's dark, run down, small, and musty. The bar and tap selection is limited. The dancers pick music from a digital jukebox or sometimes they just have satellite radio playing, including commercials to sit through. And as for the dancers, most are older and/or larger than other clubs.
There are a few petite cuties, but they are definitely the exception. But I've had enough good encounters with the cute spinners that I continue coming back when in the area in the hope I will find them again. But it's definitely hit or miss.
