Where else in Vancouver ?

It had been a wile since I was in the No. 5 - not much has changed. Same deal, professional dancers on stage - which typically do a very good job of entertaining everyone, usually 9-10's ... with the odd 8 as an exception. The girls on the floor provide lap dances upstairs and are there every week. Some of the pro's dancing will provide lap dances, and some of the girls on the floor will get on stage between sets to get everyone's attention. No 5 is also somewhat a sports bar with TV's mounted everywhere - if the Canucks are playing the place will be packed any day of the week.

Private dances are held upstairs and heavily monitored with cameras. Some shmuck's job to hassle anyone he see's getting too hands on with the girls .. pain in the ass at the best of times. The guy must be running from his back room to the private room non stop. If you haven't heard from him you are not taking enough liberties with the girl :) ... the girls are great, they know the more fun we have the more dances we will get, and at $50 a song they are making good money.

In case you are sensitive at sharing your ID, coming into the club after 5pm there will be a small cover ($10 I think) and someone there to scan your ID. The club is located in East Vancouver which is the shady part of town, but really not that bad. All type will be in the club from biker gangs to guys in suits and everything in between. Its very rare anything crazy happens, the police will make a walk through from time to time but not that often.
