Pretty good

Private dance room is right next to the entrance and support of awkwardly exposes you to the entire club. Otherwise, in the early evening when they are just getting started, things feet safe and the girls were nice and good looking.

They open sort of late in the day. I got there right of the bat when they opened and it took a minute before any girls came out (I imagine that's pretty typical), but it took long enough that the manager came over and offered me something to drink on the house since I was waiting so long. It seems like they at least want a good element in there, even though I've heard this place gets more "authentic" at night.
