December 30 Visit

In Philadelphia for the New Year's and Mummers parade celebration. I was staying in the suburbs, so wanted to try this place out.

As others have written, it's not the most obvious place and you can only access it from one direction on DeKalb, but it's not in that crowded part of town, so it's ok. Parking lot is pretty small, but on-street parking is ample. Neighborhood feels safe, I had no concerns about my car although it's not well lit.

Walked in just after 8 and was charged a $5 cover. It's a tiny place but I got a seat at the bar. Prices are not bad at all, bottle of beer $6 and water $3. Bought a dancer a shot, I think it was $6. Considerably less than Baltimore prices.

The girls do two songs at the "main" pole, the second song is usually topless. But don't expect to see anything amazing from the show, there's not much room, the ceiling is low, and the girls aren't really trying. There's a side "stage" which is really tiny that some of the girls get on just before the main stage, and stay fully clothed for about one song.
