No cover after Flames home games
This isn't our favorite club in Calgary but we do like to stop in once in awhile after a Flames game for a drink as it's on our way home from the Saddledome. It's nice that they wave cover for folks who've been to the game.
It's cool that the chairs are right up against the stage but we find the weird coin toss ritual actually brings down the "vampiness" of the girls in Calgary clubs and distracts from the experience quite a bit. There have been a few times when a sensual dancer's routine was somewhat ruined for us by the necessity of her laying on the floor with her legs up like goal posts -- instead of ending an amazing show eager for a private dance from a beautiful entertainer we end up distracted by who can successfully throw a loonie into a paper cone.
The topless pool is a neat idea, but it depends on the energy level of the woman playing. The actual pool table is a bit wonky, so it isn't a great place to play if you love the game. The table is out in the open, so others can watch. This can be a pro or con depending on how much you like to share your experience.
