A lot of dancers at a Tuesday night, typical Vegas type club

This place is the largest club at downtown Portland. There are a lot more girls compared to the other dive-y strip clubs near by. There is cover of $5, but it is free before 9pm according to the banner up front. There is an 18+ club down the block, golden dragon, which has $6 cover. Choosing between the 2, I think Rouge is a better choice.

The club is overall clean, it looks very upscale. There are 2-3 private rooms with glass display windows, showcasing the burjee (showy, upscale, like in hiphop videos) furnitures inside. Do worry about privacy because there are black curtains which would be lowered when private action is done inside. There are 2 stages, each equip with special effects like wind and smoke screens. The bar is large as well, there are 2 open surfaces each can seat about 6 people, but there is only 1 bartender attending that night. The bathroom is small and foul though.

The dancers are burjee as well, their make up shows that. Many of them sit around chilling, waiting for their turns to dance. Overall they are attractive, but their makeup are too overly done for my taste, some people like it. Most of them are caucasian or (pale skinned) Latinas. There are 2 African American dancers and some dark skinned Latinas as well. There are a variety of selections in terms of body types, (slightly) thicc, thinn, tall, short, etc, but if you are looking for extra T H I C C types that you can find in some clubs at Southern California, you are out of luck.
