Not how I remember...

I used to live in the area back in 2000-02 and this was 1 of the spots I would go. This was actually before I even joined or knew of this site and well before becoming the veteran of clubs that i would eventually become. Haven't been in JAX since, although I would occasionally read reviews of the club.

I got to return on a work trip for the entire week and was feeling nostalgic. I visited the Foxx on Sunday and Tuesday nights. Not really the best strip club nights to choose for any club, but I had a strong feeling I wouldn't be around for weekend visit as I had other cities/clubs I wanted to spend Fri night at.

Club interior was nothing like I remember at all but described well enough in other reviews. It was like I had never been here before; it just looked that different. I did like the layout of the club, even though the place is literally falling apart. Plenty of high chairs and some spots of the clubs are out of view from prying eyes. Not that it mattered. Folks were celebrating the Jaguars getting in the playoffs and when I walked in the few people that were there was watching tv (came in at midnight) and no music was playing and no girls were dressed.
